As a specialized employment agency, we focus on helping experienced professionals who are new to The Netherlands find (temporary) work. Our services are tailored to those talented refugees with at least a Bachelor’s degree, work experience, and working knowledge of Dutch (min B1, preferably B2) and/or English, as well as possessing a Dutch BSN registration number.
The founder of TalentNest, Marc van Wanroij is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in multicultural, commercial environments. He has worked all over the world, including in Middle East¸ North Africa, Southeast Asia and lived in China. His international background and expertise make him uniquely qualified to understand the challenges that newcomers to The Netherlands face and provide them with the support they need to succeed in their professional lives.
TalentNest is a continuation of MyLifeTack, which ceased operations at the end of 2023.
