TalentNest was born out of a frustration which is twofold:
1) As an employer it is very difficult to find good and motivated people for certain vacancies.
2) For many migrants who have fled their countries, it is difficult to find decent jobs in our country.
In short: Valuable expertise remains untapped.
Now imagine that you and I, as well-educated people with a nice work experience, suddenly have to leave for another continent. Once there, we neither speak their language nor know their culture. We would want and be able to do relevant work, but how……..
Apparently, support is needed to connect highly skilled and experienced professionals who have come from abroad with employers looking for professionals.
Nahed from Syria and Islam from Yemen were 2 examples of this. TalentNest was able to connect Nahed to KWS Vegetables in Wageningen and Islam to Cargill in Gouda.
